ALWAYS CHECK THE CALENDAR BEFORE PLANNING A RANGE TRIP TO ENSURE THE RANGE OR INDIVIDUAL BAYS ARE NOT CLOSED FOR AN EVENT.
There will be a range work party on March 14th from 9 AM - 2 PM, if you are able to assist, please email the secretary so we have a rough idea of how many people we will have to help out. Current planned work projects include the pedestrian gate, pump house insulation, general clean up, etc.
All range bays will be closed on March 14th until after 2 PM for the work party.
Reminder- on the trap bay only size 7 1/2 or size 8 shot is allowed, with a maximum velocity of 1200 FPS. If you wish to pattern a shotgun, this can be done on the pistol bay or 50 yard bay, but do not use the regular target stands, and it destroys them quickly. There is a shotgun patterning stand, on the work party day we will be putting it in a more visible location and doing any needed repairs to it.
